The Operations Manager, manages the internal systems that allow our growing nonprofit organization to advance our mission of enhancing the response to child abuse in our state in partnership with our eighteen Child Advocacy Center (CAC) members. This position works closely with the Executive Director in implementing and operationalizing our new strategic plan, advancing our financial and grant management, and attending to human resources and organizational culture needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership for effective management and implementation of the priority focus areas of our three-year strategic plan.
- Develop and implement effective organizational strategy and operational plans for the Kansas Chapter
- Oversee internal data collection and quality improvement processes that help the Kansas Chapter determine its effectiveness.
- Support organizational management, including researching and securing new grant opportunities, assisting the Executive Director in monitoring and reporting on grants, and identifying and pursuing new funding sources outside of state and federal grant funding.
- Manage the scholarship and reimbursement process for CAC members, including backup budget tracking, backup documentation compiling and timely correspondence.
- Coordinate the Kansas Chapter members and MDT programming, including pre and post-programing requirements.
- Manage the Chapters contracts, memorandums of understanding, and agreements with CAC members, including membership dues and external organizations, including leading the process for engaging contractors and consultants.
- Assist with the overall management of the organization’s information technology and computer systems/equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Zoom. Skill with other technology and software is a plus.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and data manipulation
- Skilled at building relationships with individuals inside and outside of the organization, solving conflict, contributing to staff development, and coaching/mentoring.
- Respect for confidentiality and strong ethical standards.
